Superpower's biannual lab testing covers various aspects of health, including nutrient and mineral levels, hormone balance, and metabolic health, which is linked to the risk of cardiovascular disease, certain cancers, and neurodegenerative conditions. Members can also opt for additional specialty tests, such as gut microbiome analysis and Grail cancer screening, for an extra fee. The app's Superpower Score and Biological Age features track overall health progress and identify areas for improvement.

Once users receive their personalized health results, they are connected to an integrated marketplace of healthcare service providers and have access to a 24/7 AI and human hybrid concierge care team for personalized guidance.
