Bethesda's Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is set to receive a significant graphics boost next week, courtesy of Nvidia's latest Game Ready driver. The update will bring DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction to the game, promising improved image quality and smoother frame rates.
The addition of DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation will enable players to experience improved frame rates, making for a more immersive gaming experience. Meanwhile, DLSS Ray Reconstruction will enhance surface detail, shadows, lighting, and reflections, resulting in a more refined image quality. According to Nvidia, this technology will particularly shine in darker scenes, temples, and forests, where it will add an extra level of refinement to the image.
Nvidia's latest Game Ready driver, version 572.42, will include support for these Indiana Jones updates. The driver will also update the DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA features of the game to work with Nvidia's new transformer-based AI models. Furthermore, Bethesda is adding fully ray-traced shadows to the game, further enhancing its visual fidelity.
In addition to the Indiana Jones updates, Nvidia's latest driver also includes day one support for Obsidian's Avowed, which is available today for Premium Edition owners. Avowed will support DLSS, Frame Generation, and Reflex, although it will not launch with native DLSS 4 support. However, users can force Avowed to use DLSS 4 through the Nvidia app.
The driver also addresses several bugs, including fixes for Valorant crashes on RTX 50-series, Final Fantasy XVI freezing problems, and Delta Force performance issues on some systems. These fixes will provide a more stable gaming experience for users.
The integration of DLSS 4 technology into Indiana Jones and the Great Circle marks a significant milestone in the ongoing collaboration between Bethesda and Nvidia. As the gaming industry continues to push the boundaries of visual fidelity, such partnerships will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing the gaming experience.
With the update set to roll out next week, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle players can look forward to a visually stunning and smoother gaming experience. As the industry continues to evolve, it will be interesting to see how these advancements impact the gaming landscape and shape the future of graphics technology.
