This innovative device attaches to your phone, providing chunky plastic handles that make it easier to hold and read, similar to a paperback novel or e-reader.

What sets Bookcase apart is its ability to minimize reading distractions through a new mobile app. Using an NFC chip, the app can automatically open your preferred reading app when attached to the Bookcase, and even temporarily turn off notifications and other distractions. Although it's unclear if the app can block access to other apps like TikTok while reading, this feature is a significant step towards creating a distraction-free reading experience.
