Ubisoft's open-world adventure, Star Wars Outlaws, is getting a significant boost with its first expansion, Wild Card, which introduces a new storyline featuring Lando Calrissian. The expansion is part of a larger update that addresses technical and design issues, making the game more enjoyable for players.
The major update, dubbed the game's "biggest patch yet," tones down stealth sections, a major point of frustration for many players. The update includes "updates to stealth and combat that allow players greater choice, including using stealth or reaching for their blaster, even in syndicate territories in cities." This means players can seamlessly transition from stealth to combat, giving them more flexibility in their gameplay.
In addition to the update, Star Wars Outlaws is now available on Steam, expanding its reach beyond the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect. This move is expected to increase the game's visibility and attract more players to the Star Wars universe.
