Qwertykeys specializes in mechanical keyboards and components, relying on suppliers in Guangdong, China. The company has announced a 72-hour pause in shipping to the US, during which it will negotiate with DHL and alternative logistics providers to obtain "fairer tariff-handling solutions." This move is expected to have a significant impact on the mechanical keyboard industry, where many companies ship products directly from China to customers in the US.

The US Postal Service's initial decision to suspend delivery of packages from China further complicated the situation, although it has since reversed its stance. Qwertykeys had initially stated that it would be unable to send replacement parts to customers due to the Postal Service's announcement, but has not yet provided an update on its plans following the reversal.
