Fortnite is turning back the clock with the launch of its remixed Chapter 2 season, dubbed The Remix. The new season kicked off with a virtual concert featuring Snoop Dogg and Ice Spice, both in-game and in real life at Times Square in New York.

The Remix season will run from November 2nd to November 30th, with a new musical artist theme each week. Snoop Dogg is up first, followed by Eminem, Ice Spice, and culminating with Juice WRLD. The season will also introduce new cosmetic items, including "kicks" that allow players to customize their characters with Nike shoes.

This music-themed season marks a new direction for Fortnite, which has been experimenting with virtual concerts and events. The game has previously hosted concerts by Travis Scott and Ariana Grande, and has even launched a rhythm game called Fortnite Festival featuring stars like Billie Eilish.
