Faireez Emerges from Stealth with $7.5M in Seed Funding to Revolutionize Multifamily Building Housekeeping

New York-based startup Faireez has emerged from stealth mode with a significant $7.5 million in seed funding to transform the housekeeping industry in multifamily buildings. The company aims to provide "5-star hotel-style housekeeping" services to residents of high-rise apartments and condos, offering a customized subscription model that assigns a dedicated housekeeper to each building.

Faireez's founders, Omer Agiv and Ori Fingerer, have developed a unique approach to housekeeping, allowing residents to book cleaning appointments based on specific tasks rather than hours. This task-based booking system enables users to request services such as daily dish cleaning or weekly floor mopping, providing a more personalized experience.

The startup has already established relationships with top 50 property management companies and landlords, including Silverstein Properties, Charney Companies, and First Service Residential, to offer its services as an amenity across four states: New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Illinois. These partnerships give Faireez access to approximately 1 million multifamily units.

Faireez is also incorporating artificial intelligence into its services, including an AI-powered auto scan technology that analyzes residents' homes through video to create tailored cleaning plans. This feature is expected to be available later this year. Additionally, the company has developed an AI quality assurance system, which documents each cleaning visit with time-stamped photos and analyzes them for quality control.

The startup partners with large professional companies and selects the top 5% of employees to serve as "fairies," providing them with the same protocols, uniforms, and equipment. Faireez claims that these fairies earn 30% to 40% more than the market average and are eligible for bonuses. The company's goal is to service one million multifamily units by 2030.

In the coming months, Faireez plans to introduce robotic companions to assist fairies with basic chores, with housekeepers in other locations, such as Mexico, remotely operating the robotic companions in U.S. homes. The company will use its new capital to invest in more research and development for its technology and expand across the U.S., with plans to move into four more states in 2026.

Faireez's founders, Agiv and Fingerer, have a successful track record, having previously started an Israeli data company for the beer industry, WeissBeerger, which was sold to Anheuser-Busch for $80 million in 2018. They believe that Faireez is "bringing high tech into a low-tech space," addressing the significant amount of time people spend on daily chores.

Aristagora VC led Faireez's seed raise, which also included participation from Longevity Venture Partners, Hetz Ventures, Secret Chord Ventures, RE Angels, and NFX founding partner Gigi Levy-Weiss. Moshe Sarfati, managing partner at Aristagora VC, expressed his confidence in Faireez, stating that the company is "revolutionizing a 1,000-year-old industry" and has the potential to be a "game changer" in the residential building amenities space.
